Instructions
Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish. Slice the whole slab of rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected, and place the bottom half in the dish.
Brown the beef: Brown the ground beef, onion, half the garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a skillet over medium heat, about 7-8 minutes, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Drain off the excess grease.
Assemble: Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls, then layer the cheese slices on top. Set the top half of the rolls in place.
Glaze: Whisk the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining garlic powder together and brush it over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
Serve: Slice into 12 individual sliders along the roll lines.
Notes
Keep the sliders covered for the first 15 minutes of baking so the cheese melts before the tops brown. Drain the beef well or the bottom rolls will turn soggy.
